The Paper Clips

About Paper Clips: The Paper Clips are a trombone quartet dedicated to connecting the threads of classical & contemporary music through fun and engaging performances.

Program Description: In Class Notes Concert single performances for large assemblies, The Paper Clips will introduce the trombone family, explain how each instrument works, and discuss the history of the trombone and its uses in Western music.  

In short-term residencies for 6-12 instrumental music students, The Paper Clips will work together with a school’s ensemble director to customize a series of visits (one to three) and include learning objectives such as small ensemble coaching and fundamental of health brass playing.
